For the six-month period ended 30 June 2026, ITSEC Asia recorded revenue of IDR 201.2 billion, compared with IDR 230.4 billion in the first half of 2025, and net profit of IDR 34.3 billion.  Net profit for the first half of 2025 stood at IDR 36.7 billion.

The first-half 2026 financial statements also recorded an income tax benefit of IDR 28.9 billion. The Company expects project delivery to be more heavily weighted toward the second half of 2026.

PT ITSEC Asia and PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) announced a memorandum of understanding in July 2026. The MOU covers cyber security solutions, Security Operations Center capability development, and Academy talent development, together with business development access into BUMN provincial and regional government buyers.

Moreover, PT ITSEC Asia and PT Len Industri (Persero) also announced a memorandum of understanding in July 2026 signed with the holding company of DEFEND ID to provide cybersecurity capability for the company’s C4ISR/C5ISR mandate.

Looking ahead, ITSEC Asia continues to see opportunities across the state-owned enterprise and government segments. The Company is strengthening collaboration with a range of institutions, including through partnerships with PT INTI and DEFEND ID, as demand for stronger protection of digital systems and infrastructure continues to grow.

On the talent development side, ITSEC Cyber & AI Academy remains part of the Company’s strategy to address the need for cybersecurity and artificial intelligence talent. That need is becoming more pronounced as organizations accelerate digital adoption and require more professionals with technical capabilities in cybersecurity and AI.

The Company also sees the development of Indonesia’s cybersecurity policy framework as another factor that could expand market demand. The Cyber Security and Resilience Bill (RUU KKS), which is currently under deliberation, is expected to broaden cybersecurity obligations across critical infrastructure and its supporting ecosystem.

Entering the second half of 2026, ITSEC Asia will remain focused on project execution, business development and strengthening its cybersecurity and AI capabilities to support further growth.

Index Inclusion: On 5 August 2026, CYBR was included in the IDX SMC Liquid Index (IDXSMC-LIQ) in the latest index evaluation, reflecting improved trading liquidity and broadening visibility among institutional investors.

“We continue to see opportunities across the corporate, state-owned enterprise and government segments. Our focus in the second half is to convert those opportunities into projects that can be executed well and contribute to healthy growth. We will also continue building our capabilities in cybersecurity, AI and talent development as part of ITSEC Asia’s long-term growth,” Patrick concluded.
