Community Outreach Manager

Job Description:

• Plan and execute community outreach activities across multiple cities, including outside Java.
• Engage directly with community groups, local leaders, schools, and partner organizations to drive participation and awareness.
• Coordinate with Ministry counterparts and local stakeholders to align schedules, formats and field requirements.
• Run field visits, community dialogues, and program activations; document attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
• Ensure safeguarding and ethical engagement practices when working with women, children, and vulnerable communities.
• Manage field logistics (travel plans, local vendors, venue arrangements) and maintain disciplined budget reporting.
• Produce weekly progress updates, field reports, and actionable insights to improve program effectiveness.
• Support crisis management on the ground by identifying potential issues early and escalating with clear recommendations.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community outreach, program implementation, CSR field operations, public health, education, or related work.
• Proven track record executing multi-city programs with high field intensity and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in community settings and traveling frequently (including outside Jakarta and Java).
• High integrity and strong safeguarding awareness when engaging with children and vulnerable groups.
• Excellent organization skills: logistics, documentation, and basic budgeting/reimbursement discipline.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and stay calm in fast-changing field conditions.
• Experience partnering with government programs, NGOs, or international organizations.
• Experience delivering programs related to women and child protection, digital safety, or community education.
• Existing network in regional communities (outside Java) is a strong advantage.
• Basic data literacy for impact tracking (attendance, reach, qualitative insights).
