Job Description:

Digital Strategy and Planning

  • Digital sales and leads generate.
  • Develop and maintain a quarterly digital content and channel strategy aligned with corporate communications priorities.
  • Tracking platform-specific growth and engagement targets in line with industry benchmarks, and present a quarterly performance review to the Head of Communications.
  • Monitor competitive digital presence and industry communications trends, and proactively recommend strategic pivots.

Social Media Management

  • Own the full content calendar and publishing cadence for Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube, ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity, and posting frequency.
  • Drive measurable follower growth and engagement improvement across platforms, with specific accountability for reaching industry-benchmark growth rates on LinkedIn (10%) and Instagram (5%) within two quarters of joining.
  • Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a manner consistent with the brand's professional and authoritative positioning.

SEO, SEM, and Website Performance

  • Lead the SEO strategy for the ITSEC Asia corporate website and ancillary microsites, with a clear objective of moving key brand and service terms into page-one search results.
  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns where applicable, with full ownership of budget pacing, creative briefing, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Coordinate with the digital agency or internal web team to implement technical SEO recommendations and track improvements via Google Search Console and Analytics.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Deliver a monthly digital performance dashboard covering reach, engagement, follower growth,
  • website traffic, lead conversion, and paid media efficiency.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations and present them clearly to the Head of Communications and, when required, to senior leadership.
  • Maintain proficiency in relevant analytics tools — including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or equivalent.

AI-Augmented Execution

  • Actively leverage AI-assisted tools , including generative content tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics assistants, to increase output quality and speed without increasing headcount.
  • Stay current with developments in digital marketing technology and proactively adopt tools that deliver a measurable improvement in division output.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management, ideally within B2B technology, fintech, cybersecurity, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing social media audiences and engagement on LinkedIn and Instagram, with verifiable platform-specific results.
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with documented results.
  • Strong analytical capability: comfortable interpreting data and translating it into clear, concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to adapt tone for executive, institutional, and public-facing audiences.
  • High degree of self-direction: this role operates in a fast-moving environment and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in a publicly listed company or investor-facing communications environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Indonesia's cybersecurity, government, or technology ecosystem is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted content and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva AI, Notion AI, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) is preferred.
  • Background in event communications or campaign management for flagship institutional events is preferred.
