General Meeting of Shareholders
General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) is the organ of the Company that holds the highest power in the company representing the interest of shareholders and has the authority which is not granted to the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners, within the limitation stipulated in the regulations or the articles of association.
